Skin patch testing is one of the easiest and least invasive ways to identify allergies and determine which chemicals are a problem for your skin.
Unlike prick tests or intradermal skin testing, patch testing is performed completely on the surface of the skin. Instead of needles or injections, we’ll tape a patch with each allergen to your body and observe the skin’s reaction after 48 and 72 hour periods to determine how your skin reacts to contact with each possible allergen.
